Solutions
Spacing rule: the row/column spacing between panels should be ≤ the distance from the panel to the diffuser plate (e.g., 8 cm spacing ≤ 8 cm).
Choose panels with wide‑angle lenses (beam angle >170°) to increase coverage.
For 220 V panels, after cutting, you must short‑circuit the positive and negative terminals to form a complete circuit; otherwise that segment will not light up.
Optimized Layout Methods
Arrange the panels in an equally spaced grid on the base plate. When the light‑box depth is less than 8 cm, further increase the panel density.
Slightly increase the panel count or reduce the edge gaps at the corners and edges of the light box.
For large‑area splicing, prioritize seamless splicing products.
