Pain Point 2: Uneven illumination or dark‑area shadows

Problem:

Bright‑and‑dark stripes or seam shadows appear because the panel spacing is too large, edges are sparse, or light is not fully mixed.

Solutions

  • Spacing rule: the row/column spacing between panels should be ≤ the distance from the panel to the diffuser plate (e.g., 8 cm spacing ≤ 8 cm).

  • Choose panels with wide‑angle lenses (beam angle >170°) to increase coverage.

  • For 220 V panels, after cutting, you must short‑circuit the positive and negative terminals to form a complete circuit; otherwise that segment will not light up.

Optimized Layout Methods

  • Arrange the panels in an equally spaced grid on the base plate. When the light‑box depth is less than 8 cm, further increase the panel density.

  • Slightly increase the panel count or reduce the edge gaps at the corners and edges of the light box.

  • For large‑area splicing, prioritize seamless splicing products.
