Problem: The LED panel does not light up, or the color‑changing effect is delayed. The causes include broken panels, long‑distance signal attenuation, insufficient controller load capacity, or abnormal power supply.
Solutions
Replace the broken panel.
For color‑changing panels with more than 400 pixels, run a GND + DNT signal wire back from the 400th panel to the controller (signal relaying).
Increase the controller’s pixel‑load setting to the actual total number of panels.
Check the transformer output and terminal polarity (reverse connection may burn the board).
Optimized Layout Methods
For standard panels, provide one power‑supplement connection according to the product specifications.
For color‑changing systems with >400 panels, also add signal extension.
Arrange the panels in an “M‑shaped bottom‑to‑top” order to shorten the signal path.
Wrap the reserved wire ends of color‑changing panels with insulating tape to prevent short circuits.
