Pain Point 1: Light does not turn on or pixel effects are out of sync

Problem: The LED panel does not light up, or the color‑changing effect is delayed. The causes include broken panels, long‑distance signal attenuation, insufficient controller load capacity, or abnormal power supply.

Solutions

  • Replace the broken panel.

  • For color‑changing panels with more than 400 pixels, run a GND + DNT signal wire back from the 400th panel to the controller (signal relaying).

  • Increase the controller’s pixel‑load setting to the actual total number of panels.

  • Check the transformer output and terminal polarity (reverse connection may burn the board).

Optimized Layout Methods

  • For standard panels, provide one power‑supplement connection according to the product specifications.

  • For color‑changing systems with >400 panels, also add signal extension.

  • Arrange the panels in an “M‑shaped bottom‑to‑top” order to shorten the signal path.

  • Wrap the reserved wire ends of color‑changing panels with insulating tape to prevent short circuits.
